There is a contradiction here. First, it is said that subunits alpha and beta have the phosphorylation sites, affected by PKA. Later, a sigma subunit appears and is said to be the phosphorylation site.

Furthermore, first it is the delta subunit that binds calcium, later it is the beta subunit.

What I've read in the books matches what is said in the introduction rather than what is said under 'Regulation', buut I haven't done a thorough review of the topic. --AngelHerraez (talk) 20:32, 15 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
