I have been removing credit information for an actor who does not appear in the film as the scene he was in was not part of the final cut. I can't see any justification for adding that information to the article. Most films go through an editing process where filmed stuff is removed and not used. Actors who only appear in those cut scenes never get credited in the film credits, and shouldn't be given credits in an article about the film. Also this was not even a substantial role, just a cameo that wouldn't be credited anyway. We usually mention cameo appearances with references when they actually are in the film and notable, not cameos that didn't even make it even that far.
