Should this article be retitled to "Philo of Alexandria" or "Philo Judaeus"? "Philo's view of God" seems too narrow.

I've made revisions to the article summary in order to reflect some more recent academic scholarship. The previous summary included a great bullet list of similarities and differences with original Greek. I kept this, but added and revised details on his background and theology.

Merger? edit

I see that there is a main Philo page that can be reached through either "Philo Judaeus" or "Philo of Alexandria".

Should this page be merged with the main entry? Is Philo's view of God truly independent from Philo's life and main body of writings?

Christianity edit

There should be a section of Philo's influence on Christianty. For example, the Book of John is saturated with Philo's ideas. There are many scholarly sources on this topic. I don't have time to do it, but it would be nice if someone did.
