Formation of the island

I'm starting this thread to accommodate a request that was incorrectly inserted in the article itself:

HOw was it formed pls tell me

– Seems like the clear primary topic to me (disclaimer: I'm from Victoria). Looking at the dab page, there's this article, three articles that are related to the Victorian Phillip Island and Phillip Island (Norfolk Island) (an unpopulated island, compared to this island's 7000 [which can apparently increase to 40,000 in the summer]). Googling "Phillip Island" only gives the Victorian island as a result in the first few pages. Page view stats show that Phillip Island (Victoria) gets 3955 views per month, compared to 538 for Phillip Island (Norfolk Island). Jenks24 (talk) 07:52, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

There is an error on the map of Phillip Island - Churchill Island is a small island just north of Newhaven, not where it is marked, which is at Rhyll Inlet - can this be fixed?

In fact, this entire article has a number of weird minor vandalisms, I don't really understand why (misspellings, notable residents, changing Australia to "Brondovia", e.g.).
