Contested deletion

edit

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the Philadelphia Doll Museum is the only known museum in the United States that emphasizes the collection and preservation of black dolls as artifacts of history and culture. http://philadollmuseum.com/about.asp — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eg480510 (talkcontribs)

  • After you, I've done a little work on this second version of the article, and would like to see if it can be fleshed out a bit more. There currently isn't a deletion request on this version, and I would request that any effort to delete it wait a few days at the least to see what can be done. Thank you. -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 20:47, 7 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
I've also done some cleanup on this. I think the museum is likely notable, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information online. I added what I could and cleaned it up a little per the request at WP:Museums. StarM 03:39, 25 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
