I agree, Jim Callaghan is totally fake.

However, Jim CALLAHAN (lol) might not be, I dunno. The fact that he didn't prove what was in the envelope doesn't mean he couldn't, it just means the show was pressed for time after whatshisface stopped his heart. SonicNiGHT

For what it's worth if it contributes to the article, Angel says "bullshit" during the altercation and its all uncensored on the Video Rewind on NBC.com.. not sure what they did with it live, but its all there online on NBC.com--ncsu1 02:08, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

String on Glasses

Did anyone see the act near the beginning of the show with the glasses being able to move that there was a string attached to the right side or left when you’re watching it on the TV? I noticed this and wondered if anyone else has? I even rewound it and yes there was, my wife even noticed it too, just so I wasn't thinking I was seeing things? If anyone else has seen this, maybe there should be something mentioned cause I would think that would be an important fact. I like magic and other types of illusions stuff, but hate it when somehow it was fake. I thought the whole show was great, but that one part makes me wonder about how true everything is. And since I'm not a registered member on here I'm sure that no one would take this seriously until they see if for themselves. I'm pretty sure those at the beginning were just magic tricks to get the audience entertained. There probably were strings on those glasses. Also this part really confused me, "I like magic and other types of illusions stuff, but hate it when somehow it was fake." Just think about that statement. Fake v Real

I think the Fight was real... I don't think Jim Callahan would sacrifice his name to boost the ratings of the show...

I think the fight was real but pre planed by the producers and Angel (but i was kinda surprised that Angel also called out Uri.. prob done for some self promotion of himself since calling Uri out is like kicking a crippled dog). I doubt Callahan was 'in' on the fight till it was taking place. As for the snake bite.. real but a part of the act and the snake was made safe (defanged). harlock_jds 16:26, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

same with the 'acid.' there was water in all of them. he threw in wadded up aluminum foil that was s'posedly reacting to the 'acid'. however, there is a chemical, i forget what it is called but i remember it from high school science class, that reacts to water by smoking and sparking, just as we saw. he had that chemical inside each of the wadded balls of foil. apparently he forgot one, remember when he put one ball in and it didn't flame up, so he put another one in and it did?!?!? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.132.59.117 (talk) 21:33, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Randomly jumping into the conversation. Yay. I figured it wasn't acid. And the acid that was swapped behind the curtain was... well, swapped, right? Because if I remember right, that was actual metal? Anyway. For the snake bite. Why are we putting 'apparently'? I doubt anyone would shove their hand into a jar with a snake, risk having it be two that are venemous, and it doesn't exactly bring suspense. It made me feel like he had no clue what he was doing, like he was rushing into it. And I was waiting for Criss Angel to tear him a new one. So I'm not quite fond of the 'apparently' there. But... it can stay, I guess. Because I'm thinking about it and he really, really rushed into it, no suspense at all. Quite stupid on his part. Also, the top was askew. I did not like the following: "Uri Geller performed his Mental Challenge with a "land-on-one-of-the-nine-planets" trick where home viewers are to land on one of the nine planets by spelling the name of any planet." It wasn't even a trick! The names of the planets were arranged in a particular order so that ANY planet that you would start with, you would end up on Earth after two rounds.
