Syndicate Number

Victor Echo November Seven Niner (VEN79) - I gathered that this was his personal number for the Guild, or something similar. Could I be wrong? -th1rt3en 18:50, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

Ok I just watched it again, and the second mention of it Phantom Limb says: "Blackout target: Victor. Echo. November. Seven. Niner. is in daddy's lap." So, you're probably right Dyn, that looks to be the Venture family's number. And it makes sense too I guess: VENture -th1rt3en 05:36, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Real name

I heard his last name as "Fantomas", not "Fantomos". Does anyone have a solid source for the spelling currently in the article? -DynSkeet (Talk) 12:47, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

  • That's not much of a counter-argument (see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS). Point out the others so I can WP:RM them too.       • True, but the example given is WASP/Wasp which differs by three letters (or a CAPS-LOCK engagement) whereas Phantom Limb differs from the primary topic by only one. In addition, phantom limb, as the primary topic, has far more general relevance than an American cartoon character. Both of the factors warrant consideration of "when a reader enters this term and pushes 'Go', what article would they realistically be expecting to view as a result?" which would likely be the primary topic. — AjaxSmack 01:01, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

• Total Support The missing body part is totally the primary topic that most everyone is going to look for. Dude, lets face it. Not everyone can type dat good. So not everyone is going to type in the "proper capitalization" when looking for phantom limbs. They may type PHANTOM LIMB or phantom limb or Phantom Limb or Phantom limb or phantom Limb and there is no reason why each and everyone of those links should go to what they are intending to find. This capitalization part is silly and the brackets is not going to hurt this article. The Lair of the Phantom

Should it be pointed out that Limb's home, the Lair of the Phantom, is (or is meant to look just like) Frank Lloyd Wright's Storer House?
