DMT

How much do you need in order to extract a hit of DMT?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.68.5.69 (talkcontribs) 01:34, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Phalaris arundinacea var. 'Picta'

What about this ornamental variant. Does it contain tryptamine alkaloids?Ahabvihrea (talk) 22:58, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

The Image

I'm no botanist, but I'm 95% confident that the picture on this page is not Phalaris arundinacea.

A quick look around DNR and University Botany Department websites for P. arundinacea shows a seed-head that is completely different from the one pictured. How confident are we that the random photographer who submitted the picture actually knows what he's talking about?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.31.68.110 (talkcontribs) 02:07, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
