Notability and number of shelter animals adopted edit

Eighty percent of this article is about how pets can help veterans with PTSD. There is almost nothing about the organization itself, not even where it is located.

I think including information on the number of shelter pets that are adopted by the number of veterans per year is essential. We have no way of knowing if it's 10 pets or 1000. If it's less than 50 a year, then I don't think this article meets the notability standard. However, I think there are other animal welfare groups working with vets with PTSD and physical injuries in the US, an umbrella article about them that lists the individual organizations would be a good solution.
