This article is just one big indiscriminate lump of factoids- it's got to be structured because it's only going to get more citations added considering how this is a hot-button issue in Guyana at this very second. The big time WP:RECENTISM and WP:CRYSTALBALL need to be cut.

I'm also leaning towards renaming this "Petroleum Industry in Guyana" because the only other "Petroleum exploration in _" article out there is the Arctic. Even though it's technically still 'exploration,' money is moving around enough for it to be considered an industry of sorts (even if all efforts cease at this very second, it would exist for posterity).

I also didn't even know this page existed (because of the naming inconsistency) and I added a section about drilling to the "Mining in Guyana" page. I'll make sure all relevant facts direct here from now on.
