Talk:Petrocardium

Incorrect etymology edit

The original authors state (Herrera et al., 2008, p. 1571) :"Derivation of generic name — From the Greek, petro for rock and cardium for heart." The actual names in ancient Greek are πέτρος (petros) and καρδία (kardia). In this case, this Wiki article is given false information. You can only ascertain, that the authors think that petro and cardium are Greek words, not that petro and cardium are actual Greek words. Wimpus (talk) 18:38, 22 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

What is your POINT? I see that you feel there is a problem, but what is your solution for improving the article in a neutral way? (ps who says they are deriving from the Ancient Greek?)--Kevmin § 19:00, 22 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
