Papua New Guinea Inclusion edit

Unsure if Papua New Guinea is defined as a Pacific Island nation for Rugby League purposes. If so, the Kiwis played them in the Four Nations in 2010, which would be classed as a challenge. Cannot find any mention of this game being classed as a challenge or any source including PNG in the challenger series.

Update - as PNG compete in the Pacific Rugby League International it seems appropriate that they are part of the challenge trophy. The one game PNG participated in there was no mention of it being a challenge game, however, the media are inconsistent in identify challenge games in their reporting.
