Stub classification edit

I have classified this as a stub. It is short and needs standard referencing. Capitalistroadster 05:58, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree that it needs more work. I wrote it quickly to keep the "deletists" at bay. There will no doubt be more to come concerning this topic. WWGB 06:08, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed merge edit

Clearly, only one article is needed about this person. I favour this version without "Australian" in the title - there are not that many Peter Hayes that we need to be so specific (and wordy) in the title. WWGB 23:31, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Guiseppe or Giuseppe edit

This is a bit of a silly argument but I'll expand more here. What is being changed here is the title of the reference. What the correct spelling is, that it's spelt multiple ways etc is all irrelevant. We should report the title of the reference accurately - after all the point of the reference is to help find the referenced document and that's best done with the correct title. Now if there name was being used in the text then I'd agree we should use the correct name or if there's doubt report both or use some sort of compromise but in the title of the reference we should use the exact spelling used in the title of the referenced document. Thanks Dpmuk. I was going to start a talk discussion but wanted to see if just using G.A. was a good compromise first. Hopefully now that we have had this silly discussion no one else will change the spelling back to Giuseppe. Philiashasspots (talk) 03:20, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
I'd have been more than happy with that as a compromise if, as I say, it was used in out text rather than a reference title. Dpmuk (talk) 03:38, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Outcome of coronial investigation edit

Does anyone know or have access to the outcome of the coronial investigation to the death of Peter Hayes QC. That should really be a part of the article. Philiashasspots (talk) 03:20, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

I agree. I have put an "update" tag on the article. As it stands it's completely unsatisfactory. We don't really know why he died. The article also says that one of the women was charged, but there is no mention of any court case. From my searching, there seems to be no reporting about either the coronial inquest or the criminal case. If it never went to court, it seems misleading and unfair for the article to mention the charge.--Jack Upland (talk) 04:37, 29 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
