Relevance of independence referendum edit

I am curious as to what relevance to anything the sentence about the way the area voted during the Scottish independence referendum has to anything. The way it is phrased too, leaves a lot to be desired. Please help me with a question about "Tummel Bridge" in Perth and Kinross. I have this information from Bing Maps:

B846, Tummel Bridge, PH16 5SA
United Kingdom Scotland Perth and Kinross Tummel Bridge (brackets added)
56.708694, -4.022372

The image appears to be two bridges over the River Tummel. Is "Tummel Bridge" a place name, on route B868, with the post code PH16 5SA? Or is it the name of the bridge or bridges over the river? Or perhaps it is actually both a place name and the name of a bridge or both bridges, one newer replacing an older one? Perhaps the UK Post code can be translated into a place name, just as 08406 translates into Ventnor City, New Jersey, my boyhood home. --Dthomsen8 (talk) 00:49, 14 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
