removed incorrect plot

I've just removed [[File:Per capita US income.png|thumb|300px|Per capita United States income, 2001-2011]]: The numbers are grossly wrong, created by a User:CLDunlap, who was confirmed as a "sock puppet", and was blocked indefinitely in 2013. The numbers were goofy -- grossly inconsistent with other numbers I've seen for essentially the same thing. Anything this person did on Wikimedia projects should be distrusted. 503 Errors from two External links

The following items in the "External links" section yield a 503 Error:

  • Google - public data: GDP and Personal Income of the U.S. (annual): Personal Income
  • Google - public data: GDP and Personal Income of the U.S. (annual): Personal Income per capita

Their URLs fail to resolve at recommended archives; however, a Google search for "GDP and Personal Income of the U.S. (annual): Personal Income" produced this google.com/publicdata resource:
