Updated article

I've provided some pretty significant updates to the article, I think this is a decent improvement

I think all 3 issues in the article template message have been addressed by the changes so I went ahead and removed the message.

I think it's worth noting that this article already was pretty much entirely rewritten around October 2022. Personally I still think the quality increased significantly across the two rewrites but I think may be some info from the ~September 2022 version that could be worth partially reincorporating (with better citations).

One notable difference is that there currently is no reference to the endurance running hypothesis page; this page also had some major rewrite around the same time and is a bit questionable currently, but it's still relevant and I think should be mentioned in some more capacity than just the "see also" section; for now I added it to the first section's "see also" template. Early Humans, Bushmen, and Kudu
