Who makes 60 poly/40 cotton any more ?
Needs information on what the "permanent press" cycle on automatic clothes dryers does.

I do not have enough information to add but I'm quite certain Herman Goldstein invented permanent press for DuPont.. even if source material may not bear this out I know he was instrumental and deserves mention in this article. The information about treatment with Methanol may be false. I was looking into Nano-Tex and read a lot on permanent press in general. The comment about methanol is indeed correct, so I updated the page. I guess I'll take away the "Disputed" signifier in a few weeks, if I get a round tuit and if I don't see any objections. - Agree that either target would be reasonable, but given that Wrinkle-resistant fabric has the advantage of being more readily understood by the naive, I've merged there.
