Article title
editThe original Russian name for this state administration body is Народный комиссариат почт и телеграфов, with почт and телеграфов being the plural forms of the words почта and телеграф. That means that the correct English name should be People's Commissariat for Posts and Telegraphs. And this is similar to other instances:
- Minister for Posts and Telegraphs
- Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Ireland)
- Minister of Posts, Telegraphs, and Telephones (France)
So, I propose to change the article title and use People's Commissariat for Posts and Telegraphs for that. Regards, --Michael Romanov (talk) 13:44, 28 September 2010 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: Move. Well reasoned; no opposition. Born2cycle (talk) 01:49, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
People's Commissariat for Post and Telegraph → People's Commissariat for Posts and Telegraphs — The plural forms must be used according to the naming practice of similar institutions in other countries and Russian-into-English translation (see for details Talk:People's Commissariat for Post and Telegraph). --Michael Romanov (talk) 15:42, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
