Some of these lower numbered districts have moved in their locations, in the case of this one it has clearly moved all the way from the Philadelphia suburbs to the Ohio border. Is it possible that there may be a point in adding some historical context? The locations it has occupied during the movement of this particular district might be sort of interesting, and might be useful, or at least relieve some of the confusion one gets in researching some of it's congressmen.

I think the addition of historical district information would be beneficial, however, I have not found a comprehesive source for this sort of information. You mostly have to infer changes from other records. Npeters22 12:24, 30 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
