It may not be "official", but some people have been tacking on an s and calling it Pecks Ledge for a long time. I was just looking at a copy of my parents Marriage License application, from 1942. At the time, my father was a Seaman 1st class in the U.S. Coast Guard, and was stationed at: "Pecks Ledge Light Station". I imagine he was calling it what everyone else called it at the time.
