Lead needs reformatting edit

What is this article edit
I've looked at this article and struggled in understanding its purpose. On one hand, the article entirely relies on one book (and the reviews for said book) for literally everything, and the articles name is taken directly from the book, but on the other hand it has a lot of very valuable information here that could be useful.
So either this article should be transformed into an article covering the book itself (worse option), or the information should be distributed throughout the articles for the Ethiopian Civil War, the Derg, and other articles where it's necessary, and the article probably redirected to Ethiopian Civil War (better option). Not the status quo. The status quo makes little sense - presidentofyes, the super aussa man 20:03, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
