Is it Teutul or Teutel? The article used both spellings. If anybody can dig up a photo of his left upper arm with his name tattooed on it, that should provide the real spelling.

Oldschool?

Paul Teutel ist often talking about the oldschool bikes he has build in the good old times. Now i read here OCC ist founded 1999. What about his bikebuilder-career bevor OCC in 1999? Ab bikebuilder who started in 1999 ist not oldschool. And someone who builds bikes for fun does not have the credibility the show talks about.

The old style senior refers to is just that, a style of bike. He actually started the business out of his house in the basement building bikes. There is an episode where the Teutul's go to Mikey's house (seniors old house) and they talked about times past. The last episode of American Chopper aired at the end of 2012.
