This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... the subject Paul Darling is a significant character of the judiciary, Queens Counsel and Chair of the Horse Race Betting Levy Board - all content is purely factual similar to other similar pages such as those referencing Jolyon Maugham etc --Stuartwilks (talk) 13:02, 16 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
