L G Pathak peacefully died in Bolton in March 1997, with a jar of Pataks Lime Pickle by his side. A likely story!

Hi. The first paragraph is *wonky*. I wish someone who hadn't failed English was the author. Problem: the subject as introduced is Shanta Pathak and Lakshmishankar Pathak, who came to Britain, penniless and were acquired by Associated British Foods in 2007 for £200 million. ... so Shanta and Lakshmishankar sold themselves into slavery in 2007 for £200 million? The subject in the first sentence is Pataks, a UK brand of Indian-style curry pates, sauces and spices. In the second sentence the company is referred to as 'it', and the subject changes to Shanta and Lakshmishankar, with their family and in May 2007, they sold themselves into slavery for £200 million. Someone is clearly gloating over their success, but that someone does not have a *real* grasp of the English language.
