Non-existent "Figure 1" ==

The text in the "Parshall flume chart & table values" section mentions a "Figure 1" several times but it does not actually exist. It may be that the text was directly copied from a source - in which case copyright violation may also be an issue. Either way this needs to be fixed - either by rewriting the text to remove all mentions of non-existent illustrations, or by the addition of such illustrations.
