FAKE FAKE FAKE! Platforms 1 and 2 were not completed. Official there a restaurant and a cafe. NEVER PROJECTED A REVOLVING RESTAURANT! That is a myth, an urban legend!
The platform 3 (the highest) was completed. Panoramic viewpoint works since 1985 (the year the tower was opened)

It's not completely true. The cost of the tower was 10 million. The surcharge was applied in the construction of foundations and assembly.

Error! most ambitious attractions were built! (Tower, Aerogondolas (Sky Ride) and "Vertigorama" a double roller coaster) The final masterplan by Richard Battaglia (1980), shows all existing facilities.
The proposed expansion plan, is what never came true. (That included about 30 attractions installed within 6 years after the opening) That's the confusion.

This is absolutely wrong! The Park's Annual Attendance was estimated at between 2 and 3 million annually! NO 15!

Imax Cinema, was not planned later! The original master plan of 1979 shows the building in its place! The construction of the park began in 1980. Imax Cinema was one of the first buildings of the place!, But was never completed. All parts of the Imax cinema (projector, movies, sound system, cooling system, screen, etc ...) still remains in the storage sector of the park!
"The park was reopened for the nation's Bicentennial in May 2010; amid ongoing refurbishment and replacement of inoperable rides, the reopening included the addition of a cultural center and art gallery"
The park NOT was reopened in 2010! It was in 2007 and has since been open to the public. No ride was dismantled! all remain in the park! No cultural center, and neither art galleries!
I suggest you review the Spanish version of this page.
It contains accurate information on the park today.

I took out this phrase. I couldn't make heads or tails of it:

I take it to mean that some part of the park was prefabricated, and then assembled according to numbers on a foundation. Feel free to use my language or to otherwise make it clear if you can figure out how.--Levalley (talk) 00:06, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Again, I took out this phrase:
and the crane left their functions to pass him/her the post to the crane climber that would continue with the one it assembles from the 120 meters until the culmination of the Tower.

Here's another sentence I had to leave out:
In each attraction there was an or but cranes that moved with caution, since the cables of Aerogondolas were spread and they were already testing the journey.
I just can't tell, at all, what it means. Apparently there's an attraction "Aerogondolas" that wasn't or isn't quite finished? It would be good to mention the attraction, but not unless there's a grammatical statement about it.
It would also really help this article if someone would add dates. Is the thing still operational? Is it really for military only? There are many confusing aspects to this article, but they are not copyediting issues, so I'll change the tag.Levalley (talk) 23:59, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

More than anything, this article needs to be updated - it seems frozen in the 70s and 80s. There are problems of translation and tone, but I find the current version acceptable as to grammar, syntax, etc., so I removed the copyedit tag.
