Two or nearly all? edit

"the repetition of usually initial consonant sounds in two or more neighboring words" versus "nearly every word in a sentence begins with the same consonant" -- which is it?

I am venturing that it is the latter, so I'm making that change. But an original source is needed. I tried to find one, but on this topic the internet is full of back-citations to Wikipedia. One site that apparently refers to original sources is http://rhetoric.byu.edu/Figures/P/paroemion.htm.
