The Crown Estate was formed in 1961, and includes multiple holdings including this one. I hope I'm correct in assuming that it was Park Crescent was started in 1806, not the Crown Estate properties. In addition, if you go here there is a slightly different history, with design starting in 1811 and building in 1812 ("The Royal crescent was built by Henry Peto between 1812-1820"). And, the builder is different. However, lower down this article seems to contain information directly lifted from Wikipedia. Also, this is listed as Amazon Properties now (see here), with possible previous owners (presumably after The Crown Estate) - see here. Don Lammers (talk) 19:22, 27 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

There is missing information that I just don't have the time to do research on now, so I'm putting what I have here. Hopefully I can come back and do more in the not too distant future, but don't hesitate to use this information if you have the inclination to expand the article.

Rebuilt after WWII in replica. See here. No details on this, but since the The Crown Estate was formed in 1961, I'm assuming that it was .

PCW Property Holding paid £105 million for the property in 2013. See here.
