Picture of the planet

Czar: Hi, I prepared picture of the planet Paranoia, but there is the question, if it is sufficiently good. Original for comparison is available over here. I prepared two alternatives, both were refused on the Czech Wikipedie due to following reasons:

• File:Planeta Paranoia 1.jpg, File:Planeta Paranoia 2.jpg: Nobody likes this pictures on cs.wiki, not even me, because of it is too original, authorial and too little similar to its model.
• File:Planeta Paranoia.png: Copyvio according to czech laws. Judgments of our courts admits usually very low level of threshold of originality.

So i want to ask you: maybe it will be possible to use one of this pictures on English Wikipedia according to its juridical environment and conventions? Or not? Thank you for your opinion/advice/answer. --Palu (talk) 19:09, 26 December 2016 (UTC)
