I believe former Navy and Marine Corps personnel are permitted to wear the Naval Parachustist Badge on Army uniforms. I have never heard of a regulation prohibiting it. Call 1-800-318-5298 to speak to Army medals experts. Its the Human Resource Command main number (next door to where I work at the National Personnel Records Center -Husnock 20 Oct 2004
