Irishman's experience edit

I am moving inappropriate notices from the main article here. Author ( User:Brave Irish ) and anybody else is more than invited to contribute to the article with information that may be found in secondary sources please see WP:NOR

  • Please "Revise" this section about "Inmate Activities" as what is written is not the case in Pankrac. There are "NO" special projects or activities for inmates, I was there for 1 year. So when I read the "Propaganda" about there being 40 to 50 special projects, designed for individual inmates, this is just a "Joke" now for me to read. there are NO activities, there are 2 Table Tennis Tables in one of the corridors, and for 2 Hours they are available for more than 85 Inmates on that Floor. How can 85 inmates play a game of Table Tennis in 2 Hours?
  • The above text is "complete propaganda" and there is nothing like what is written available in Pankrac! 9 Educational, 22 Special-Interest, 14 Formative Activities......
  • SORRY, BUT WHO WROTE THIS????
  • I was an inmate in Pankrac prison for most of 2012 and there is NOTHING for any inmate to do! You are Locked-Up for 23 Hours per day in a small, cold, dirty Cell.
  • The average term for any person in Pankrac is far more than 90 days. I will give you my "personal experience" and it is very similar to most of the people detailed in Pancrac. You arrive and are placed in the Basement of the Prison for the first 30 days. this is the worst party of the prison and is used to "Acclimatize" people for Prison Life.
  • Then you are moved to one of the many Detention Floors, each have between 85 to 110 Prisoners. All Cells are 2m x 4m and the average number of persons is 3 per Cell.
  • Here you spend your Day / Night, in the same way! you are locked-up for 23 Hours with a "Room Check" every 1 Hour. At Night the "Room Check" involves opening the "Hatch" in the front of the Door and turning on the Lights. This wakes you up, every 1 Hours, you are woken up. This is called "Sleep Deprivation" and is ILLEGAL under the Geneva Convention for the treatment of Prisoners.
  • I was lucky, my Family had money and could afford a good Attorney.
  • I still think about the Men I met there and it is terrible to think of them still there in such terrible conditions. Something should be done to bring attention to this Prison and have it CLOSED!
