How do the locals pronounce this city? Palestine, Texas, which is named after this town, is pronounced one way. Palestine, in the Middle East, is pronounced another way in English. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 00:47, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- I'm from Robinson and have frequently visited Palestine, and it's pronounced pal-uh-styne, like the one in the Middle East. Not sure why the Texas town's name is pronounced differently. --GastonRabbit (talk) 02:31, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
