Why does it state that the PML-F is "the only other known political party besides these two with the PML name"? June, 2008 elections

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) on June 27, 2008, won 3 and 2 five by-election seats, respectively, to the national parliament. Polls were postponed for the 6th seat in Lahore due to Nawaz Sharif's eligibility contest. I am new to wiki maybe you can help me, but to my understanding, opinion pieces are generally not accepted on Wikipedia. It linked back to a blog piece. I also checked PMLN's manifesto and they do not describe themselves as "Islamic" if anything PMLN's manifesto is secular, has anyone actually read it? or do they just assume since the party calls itself "Muslim" therefore it is "Islamic"? there is a huge difference.
