I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thank you for this new article, but note that other editors have raised serious issues with the way it is written. In particular, the article is titled after the ordinance so it should outline the ordinance's language in detail. Most of this article consists of criticism of the ordinance, which appears non-neutral. If these issues are not addressed, future editors could call for the article to be deleted..

- Unfortunately, someone tried to fix these issues by simply adding the entire text of the ordinance, which was... not helpful. Also unfortunately, all the references seem to be about the controversy rather than the ordinance itself. Wikignome Wintergreentalk 21:49, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
