State park info ads and domains edit

I updated broken external links in this edit (accidentally submitted before describing, oops), and while finding new URLs, discovered that many or all parks.wa.gov links are likely to be broken.

Turns out that the state agency has introduced paid advertisements into park information websites. To comply with regulations regarding use of official .gov addresses, these new ad-laden sites have been moved to parks.state.wa.us (with no redirects, of course). A statement does exist, at least, under "What's New" on the home page; this is temporary, though, because the statement itself does not have a URL.
