"American Eagle and the Patriot, a brother-sister version of Captain America and The Falcon."

Can you cite where you get the brother-sister connection from? I don't remember that being revealed in the strip.

In the absence of a citation, I declare this original research. Removed. 172.201.93.201 11:40, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

"Parody"

edit

While some of the cast of PS238 are clear parody, such as Murphy/Morpheus, others are not. I'm not sure what you could call them, but just having similar powers to another superhero doesn't make them parodies of the same. 172.201.93.201 11:36, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

"Homage" if there's a clear connection but not a joke; "coincidence" otherwise, I think. It might be best to rework that section entirely, turning it into a more general list of characters that notes similarities to existing superheroes as it goes. Daibhid C 11:57, 23 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
I'm about to do a 'cast' section, and I will take in account your suggestion. As a note, I am only including characters that have appeared in at least 2 or 3 issues with a clear role in the action. --Donovan Ravenhull (talk) 10:19, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

The Revenant and Batman

edit

The Revenant is soft-spoken and patiently answers all questions from his young trainees. Thus, he is as different as can be from the blasphemous and irritable Batman of Frank Miller Das Baz 17:05, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Character pages

edit

Well, considering the probability that the character pages are going to get nuked (there is a strong deletionism trend right now), I'm gonna continue my work on a shorter version to go within these pages. --Donovan Ravenhull (talk) 17:35, 9 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

RPG

edit

Once I've finished reading it, I'll start updating this page with info from the RPG. While I'm at it, I'll probably get rid of the Parody section: most of them aren't parodies, and it's all OR really. JustIgnoreMe, too lazy to sign in. 212.135.238.115 (talk) 07:55, 11 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Did a re-write, left a fair amount of the old stuff in. Anyone any comments? JustIgnoreMe (talk) 15:59, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I wanna learn more about the RPG, which I've never played or even seen. Das Baz, aka Erudil 18:17, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Argos and the FISS

edit

I think most of the FISS metas are exiles from Planet Argos. This is not even OR, it is an intuitive guess. Das Baz, aka Erudil 18:17, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Julie 84 is definitely from Argos, and I am certain this will be unequivocally stated in issue 43. Das Baz, aka Erudil 21:04, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Well, I was wrong about Julie 84. She is definitely from Earth, not Argos. By the way, does anyone know what has happened to PS 238 and the other creations of Aaron Williams? As of September 7, 2012, they all seem to have vanished. Das Baz, aka Erudil 16:09, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
