Merger proposal

- I tend to disagree. Protein phosphatase 2 is an article about the whole enzyme, whereas this is one of many individual protein subunits. I think they should be kept separate and link to PP2. MichaK (talk) 11:51, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- Also oppose – in addition to the protein phosphatase 2 article being about the whole protein (composed of catalytic + regulatory subunits), the article is also about two isozyme PPP2CA and PPP2CB. Including all the isoforms of the catalytic and regulatory subunits, a total of sixteen articles would need to be merged which is impractical given the size of all the protein infoboxes ({{PBB/5518}}, {{PBB/5519}}, {{PBB/5521}}, etc.).
