Student Review edit

The lead is really good. I would recommend editing your syntax in some instances to be more clear. You do need a citation in the last paragraph of the overview. Also, I would recommend discussing the two-state model in the overview first, then the chemical probes, then the toeprintting process. That way the section gets more advanced as it goes on. I think basic information at the top would help ground the readers. Good structure section. If you want to add more, I would imagine it is easy to add more to the structural work. Inhibition is a good section. There is some citation work that needs fixing, but very good! I am excited to see how this changes over the next week or so. Thanks Samuew for the suggestions, I will make necessary changes. Suhaninagpal (talk) 21:46, 25 October 2017 (UTC)SuhaninagpalReply
Citation #5 is for the last paragraph of the overview and now I have added more information in the hybrid model part. I have tried to improve the syntax. I have moved the classical model to top and have added more citations. Suhaninagpal (talk) 09:29, 30 October 2017 (UTC)suhaninagpalReply
A comment on the citation work: I see an orphaned citation at the bottom in the references. If you look back through the history of the article, it was used to support a piece of information that is no longer present in the article, so you may just want to delete the reference since it isn't relevant to the current version.-Jdogzz (talk) 21:56, 24 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
yes I will fix that isolated citation. Thanks Suhaninagpal (talk) 21:46, 25 October 2017 (UTC)SuhaninagpalReply

Please clarify through this article when you are referring to eukaryotic vs. prokaryotic ribosomes. I suggest moving the section starting 'Two-state model' to become the 2nd paragraph of the Overview, as this is a good overview description of the role of the P-site. Please clarify the relevance and importance of the paragraph describing reference 4. Please define the terminology of A/A, A/P, etc. Please clarify, "contact all three tRNAs" - I assume you mean "contacts its respective tRNA"; otherwise the sentence implies erroneously that each site contacts all 3 tRNAs. I have now clarified specific ribosome in certain parts. I have moved the two-state model as the second paragraph in the overview. I have added the relevance of the reference 4. Also have defined terminology of the hybrid states in general and have made corrections to the overall text. Thank you Suhaninagpal (talk) 22:34, 30 October 2017 (UTC)suhaninagpalReply
