Text and/or other creative content from Oval, London was copied or moved into Oval (ward). The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. |
Style
editThe style is confusing and the text contains mistakes. There are several housing estates in the area and the area includes buildings which are not part of estates. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.140.57.113 (talk) 13:40, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Proposal to merge "Oval" article with "Oval (ward)" article
editI disagree with the proposal to merge with the two Oval articles - the ward covers areas that are not traditionally considered to be part of Oval - e.g. Vauxhall and South Lambeth. Marklesparkle (talk) 21:19, 12 October 2010 (UTC)
Demerge
editI'm minded to think the electoral ward information should be split out from this locality article. It might be that the Oval article doesn't need to exist and should be merged with Kennington, but that is perhaps a conversation to be had once the electoral ward information has been removed.
