Skew bridge? edit
Is the bridge in the photograph really a skew bridge? It doesn't look skewed when viewed from that particular angle, but then that could be a problem with the perspective - it's possible to photograph a skew arch from and angle that makes it look unskewed. The double bend in the road is a bit of a clue that the bridge might actually cross it it right angles though. MegaPedant (talk) 05:31, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Cancelling construction edit
Don't you need an Act of Parliament to cancel contruction of an Authorised Railway?
This happened with the Settle and Carlisle Railway. Tabletop (talk) 09:39, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
