Dirty Harry edit
" "Callahan" may be a reference to Dirty Harry Callahan, a fictional detective played by Clint Eastwood, noted for his large weapon and overfondness of it's use."
Sounds like pure conjecture to me (Though I'll admit to the possibility), I think we need something more concrete. JBK405 04:07, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
Inara and Mal edit
The article seems to state definitively that Mal truly believes that Inara kissed Saffron; when I watched the episode, it seemed to me like Mal was simply evading the subject with a joke. I think at the very least, that line of the article needs a "citation needed" tag. --SockEat 17:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Wagon v Raft edit
Let's stop the back and forth editing and discuss it here. Personally, I always thought it was a wagon. Although somebody provided a YouTube link in their edit summary, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3suvsyl3MAc, and now I'm not too sure, but I'm leaning raft (because I can't make out any wheels and there appear to be floating barrels on the bottom of the craft). - it is unquestionably a raft. when the thugs show up, they refer to it as a "boat". it isn't crossing the river, it's going down it. there are barrel to help it float, and no wheels. if you doubt it, watch the episode again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.240.212.125 (talk) 13:47, February 22, 2009 (UTC)
- I agree that it is a raft. Although only because there are no wheels, and the wagon-like top can be seen to be floating on barrels. The fact that "when the thugs show up, they refer to it as a "boat". it isn't crossing the river, it's going down it" doesn't really mean anything. Those things can be true and it could be a wagon and still make sense (boat = non-specific craft, including wagon, and going down the river to avoid being on the road, or whatever). I'd at least like to come up with some consensus with McSly, because he was opposed to your edits to raft, by agreeing on one or the other, or rewriting to avoid mentioning either. - Well, I'll be damned. I was sure it was a wagon and I was wrong. I have the dvds so I just checked and yes it is in fact a raft. It's floating on barrels and there are no wheels. It was not clear on the youtube video, but with the high resolution of the dvd, there is no doubt. --McSly (talk) 20:35, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

Furrow to the Plow edit
Saffron attributed her whole furrow/plow line to "The Bible," but I couldn't find it, and didn't find any other references to the phrases in this passage that weren't Firefly references. The Bible has plenty of dirty scenes, but apparently this isn't one of them. Was this made up in the series, or does anybody else have references or citations of where this came from?Mrguido45 (talk) 15:49, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
