Biography or autobiography? edit

The article looks as mini-biography, without support for claims to be a (Syrian democracy youth activist, author, analyst), that piggyback on another Wikipedia article Ammar Abdulhamid. The references provided about Oula A. Alrifai are merely mention of her name. Also, there is no SAND Syria article in Wikipedia to support notability. ----MarkYabloko 08:51, 23 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • It looks like a mini-biography, MarkYabloko, because that's what it is since it's a stub right now. I found references to support the claims, though more would be helpful. I don't think there's a neutrality issue and we should remove that template. Megalibrarygirl (talk) 01:52, 24 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • Agree, there is no problem with the article being a stub. But if it is indeed a biography, then by definition, neutrality is disputed until significant contributions to it are made by other editors. ----MarkYabloko 08:49, 24 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • MarkYabloko "if it is indeed a biography, then by definition, neutrality is disputed" meaning what? If it is an autobiography it is written by the person who it is about. If it is a biography "by definition" it is written by someone who has no affiliation with the subject. I'm confused by what you mean. SusunW (talk) 00:19, 28 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • Clearly looks like an autobiography based on the edit histories of SYF2017 and ADSYD15.--PlanespotterA320 (talk) 00:58, 9 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
