The peninsula that lies between the estuary of the Ottawa River and Maumee Bay is know as 'Point Place'. It was once a summer resort but eventually was annexed into the city of Toledo. But not all of it. The northern tip (about ½ mile long) lies in Michigan and is known as 'Lost Peninsula'. GPS coordinates: +41.740583, -083.454592.

The right column of the article links to Category:Ottawa River in the Commons, which is a completely different river in Canada (Ottawa River). Does anyone know how to remove that link from the article, because the Ottawa River (Lake Erie) article has no images within the Commons? —Notorious4life (talk) 23:04, 18 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
