Archiving edit
@User:Flod logic I've read the rule you cited while reverting my edit. You may archive the links, but there is no need to add them in the reference format. Egeymi (talk) 18:49, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- @Egeymi Further down the page in the Templates section it says to set url-status=live when preemptively archiving links in the reference format. Then it can be changed to url-status=dead if necessary later – it's just a matter of which link is more prominent. I used the IABot (there's a specific function on it to "Add archives to all non-dead references"). flod logic (talk) 19:02, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
