There is no firm consensus on this, as far as I can tell. Some folks seem to find these lists of exhibitions helpful. I don't, unless we have a reliable, independent source and have taken place somewhere significant, like a museum or a public gallery or a very significant commercial gallery. I generally consider musueim reliable, even if, strictly speaking, they're not independent; but if MoMA has a listing of an exhibition, I'd use that.
That doesn't appear to be the case here. Any source that starts with "... is pleased to present " is a press release. These exhibitions are a) not in notable venues, and b) have not received any critical attention (I mean that a qualified professional has written about them, not that the review was negative).
