Ethylene chloride edit

Two old encyclopedias (New International Encyclopedia of 1905 and Jewish Encyclopedia of 1906) talk about him discovering the "value" of ethylene chloride as an anesthetic. Today, the term could only refer to vinyl chloride, whose article states it was indeed briefly used as an anesthetic, but quickly discarded due to its toxicity. An update is needed here.
