What does this paragraph actually mean: "It is formed by the municipality of Candín with two slopes, Sil and Navia, and separated by the Port of Ancares"... ??

Further on, the list of municipalities in Os Ancares "comarca" is given, and the following ones are mentioned: Becerreá, As Nogais, Baralla, Cervantes, Navia de Suarna and Pedrafita do Cebreiro. This is the correct list.

This whole section refers to villages on the León side. How can we in such case have the main article saying "Os Ancares is a comarca in the Galician Province of Lugo"??? Then in "municipalities" just Galician villages are mentioned.
