Problem with command structure edit

Under the heading "Units", there are "bureaus" listed such as OCCB. Bureaus or "Office of" are always the parent commands. The further breakdown would be division then section. Units fall under the various bureaus, divisions, sections depending on their function, but they never stand alone because they are not parent commands. For example, the Emergency Service Unit, the Aviation Unit, and Mounted Unit all fall under the supervision of the Special Operations Division which in turn falls under City Wide Operations Bureau (three star chief). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.212.185.3 (talk) 17:42, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
