Class project edit

Hi, my name is Monique, and having a pharmacy background, I would like to add more information into the introduction portion of this article, specifically, adding more sources to it to really get an overview of what Opioid Rotation is and what it is currently being used for. Please let me know if anyone else is working on this or if there are certain components anyone would like me to focus on or include. (Monique.payne (talk) 19:04, 17 October 2017 (UTC))Reply

I will be updating potential issues that come with opioid rotation, i.e. persistent tolerance, addiction, etc. (Raneltroy (talk) 19:15, 17 October 2017 (UTC))Reply

Hi, my name is Amy and I am in the pharmacy field. I would like to add information regarding the specific indications in which you would employ opioid rotation. (Amymyu (talk) 19:17, 17 October 2017 (UTC))Reply

Hi, my name is Nhan. I will try to merge this article with EQUIANALGESIC. Opioid rotation is the primary purpose of equianalgesic, thus equianalgesic should be a subsection (Ndinhsum (talk) 19:20, 17 October 2017 (UTC))Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you all for posting on this talk page before actually making the edits. I'm seeing a lot of small errors in how you posted here, so please make sure that you follow through on the training in your class about how Wikipedia does things. Specifically about the proposed merge, Wikipedia:Merging explains step-by-step what to do (including the proper use of Template:Merge to and Template:Merge from). I think that you should start a formal merge discussion, rather than treat the merge as non-controversial. --Tryptofish (talk) 20:00, 2 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
Hi, thanks for the comments to the page. The initial edits show updated quality in added literature and clearly defining what opioid rotation is. I also have hesitations on the merger in that an equianalgesic chart can be implemented for opioid rotation or other reasons. I see these as two separate pages or a link to the equianalgesic page. Lastly, these edit so far reflect a neutral point of view.Sugister (talk) 18:18, 4 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the improvements made to this page. I don't find any evidence of copyright infringement or plagiarism in the inserted edits inserted thus far. Cbadgley (talk) 22:34, 6 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the group contribution. The edits are consistent with wikis manual of style for med related articles. It is nicely organized and appropriate terminology is used. Some suggestions: More wikilinks of key terms would help readers and direct them to related pages. Also, the term 'side effects' is mentioned but what kind of side effects that would lead to someone to do opioid rotation? Jguan93 (talk) 02:59, 8 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the improvements that the group has contributed to this Wikipedia page. Upon clicking every single source, I was able to access it online. They all appear to be verifiable and secondary sources. Citation numbers 11 and 12 are also different from the others (no repeats), so every citation is unique and not redundant.
