ORCA is one of several Afghan or Afghanistan-based opinion research organizations, and bills itself as "the largest full-service Afghan research center operating in the areas of market, media and opinion research." By that measure alone, even if others may claim to be larger, it would seem to be notable enough for a Wikipedia article.--A11n-research (talk) 02:31, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

What the organization bills itself as is irrelevant, the question is: Can notability be established through third-party sources? That's what's required for inclusion in the encyclopedia. See WP:GNG, and more specifically, WP:ORG. Also, WP:RS to get an idea of what we mean when we say "third party sources". All I found were marketing materials. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 02:46, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
Added info & citation from an academic paper, the data for which was obtained through ORCA. Removed delete tag.--A11n-research (talk) 12:17, 25 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
